If there was a minus -5star fr professionalism and quality of work, thats what I'd rate this business. The two employees the owner sent over to do the requested plumbing job made it 10x worse, our home was completely flooded, items of value ruined and the owner refuses to take responsability for what his guys did even though I sent photo documentation and still had the audacity to try and collect $500 for the job. There was NO written list of itemized items/jobs performed for parts or labor and his guys just show up randomly 2days later to try and collect without the proper forms/recept etc... then the next day our system exploded and flooded our home and owner said he'd come by and assess the issue and NEVER showed up and proceed to insult my intelligence on the matter about what it actually was without NOT being here for actual work performed and the aftermath even though I sent over the photos. His guy were not even in my home 45 minutes and jacked our plumbing all up. Consumer b

Kimberly hired K&M remodel to install two toilets and a closet flange. also clean out two p-traps. The work was complete, She was given a proposal for 500. I was told by Kimberly that she was only going to pay 200. 3 days before we started the job she had her mainline drain snaked and was told that the mainline was broken. that was not my scope of work. Her drain system backed up again 5 days after we were finished with the job. I do all of the billing and would never send employees to collect payment; EVER . still no payment just lies

Very professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. No questions about the quality of work, as it is top of the line which only years of experience can provide. Do your self a favor and look no further if you want your next home improvement or remodel completed on time and with in budget. K&M Remodel keeps the customer informed through out the entire course of the project, which was previously discussed prior to the start of any work. Arrives on time and ready to complete each task at hand everyday. Would highly recommend to all to hire this company if your looking for a stress free job from start to finish. K&M can handle the entire process for you.
