We had our trim and shutters painted. This is a two story 1700sf house and they were barely here until lunchtime. 2 man crew takes about 4 hours to scrape, sand, and properly paint a full house trim. I don't think so. Also, they painted the shutters on the house and got paint on the siding underneath. Also, there is a spot on the front door frame that is still unpainted. The owner covered it with caulk and said he'd be back to fix that and check on the siding issue. That was two weeks ago. It got the HOA off our back and looks ok from the street, but it's obvious there wasn't proper care taken for prep.

The overall work quality was excellent. We had planned to get the painting done when there was no rain scheduled. Of course, weather changes and a heavy rain storm came in before everything could dry properly. Mike sent his team back the next week and gave the front of the house a second coat. The pricing was a little high, but he worked with us on that as well.

Mr Rafferty and his painters did an excellent job... They were thorough and efficient.. My house looks brand new.. They even found something that needed repair, and that was very important and gave me some options.. I would use them again and recommend them to my friends
