We had Phil from Rafferty Painting here for the last 1.5 days. He made a 5 sided angular box around a fire sprinkler head, covered it with drywall and painted it to perfectly match the wall. He then fixed cracks in the ceiling and painted it to match.(others said it couldn't be matched). He arrived on time, cleaned up after himself and was very friendly and courteous. The final price was comparable to estimates from other contractors and we are happy with his work. I don't know about the other painters/carpenters at Rafferty but I would definitely recommend Phil.

Mr. Rafferty's team was exceptional painting the garage doors, shutters, and front trim. I couldn't have asked for two more conscientious painters. The price was very good and the job was quickly scheduled and completed.. Very pleased!

Mr Rafferty went beyond expectations. He power washed my house, sanded and painted all wood trim on the house, and repaired then painted dry wall inside my house. Mr Rafferty was punctual and he cleaned up his work area before he left. I’d highly recommend Mr Rafferty for hoo ooo me improves.

Mike Rafferty was very personable and really knows his metal roofs.... I had 2 other estimates from different companies and one didnt ever give an estimate and one had no desire to paint my roof..... i called rafferty coatings from angie and he came to look at the job and give me an estimate when it suited me and did the walk around talked to me about what my wife and i wanted and then gave me an estimate and gave me a detailed explanation of what the job would entail and how long it would take.... he showed up when he said and his crew was very professional in all the did..... when he got there i also asked him to do the garage roof which we never discussed and he ageed to do it and gave a reasonable price for the extra work..... the crew finished on time and cleaned up and the job looks great.... roofs look brand new and his price was excellent,,,,, five stars and infinite thumbs up

My rating for Mike should be a -5 it's been a absolute nightmare since day one and it continues on to this day- for 2 years. He has reworked it already three time, He has no clue what he's doing, and his employees/foreigners (don't speak English) can't communicate. Total Circus!!! They are just applying ACRYMAX coating. Its not rocket science. First application was done within minutes before it stormed/ clearly not what an approved applicator would do/ tried to put on flex seal where it leaked/ again the last coat is inconsistent color etc. etc. They have done more damage than good to the historic 1870 metal standing seam. To add insult to injury the standing seams across the top of the roof have been flattened and crushed from standing on them- ughhhh!!!!!!!! PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE if you love your historic home.

Patrick showed up on time for the estimate and gave me a tentative date that they could start my project. In the meantime my mother went into the hospital in NC and I called Patrick and explained the situation and asked for a reschedule in case I had to travel. He was understanding and gave me another date. Patrick showed up on time, completed the job on schedule as described/estimated and cleaned up when he was completed. Patrick and his crew were extremely professional, friendly, and most importantly, did a great job. I will definitely hire him again.
