Beneath my floors were full of growth and he did not detect it but I paid for his services

I would like it to be known: I was at this house a year and one day ago. At the time of inspections everything was clean and a report from the lab was also sent to the consumer, which most companies do not. This client expects me to be responsible for 11 months of events which included; heavy rains throughout the wet season, high humidity, temperatures in the hundreds and a hurricane. It is not my responsibility to monitor your house for 11 months and I am sorry you are upset with my services but at that time of my service I did it to the proper protocol and there was no implied warranty on the contract you signed. I would appreciate it if you remove this review but if you feel it is my responsibility to monitor your house for 11 months I will live with the feedback. Mike was extremely respectful and understanding of my situation. He educated me about my problem, and took the time to explain the lab results sent to me about my mold problem. He is diligent, and has a broad background in matters related to mold, construction, home materials, etc. Very flexible with his time, and attentive. He explained the steps of the air quality testing and what to expect. I was very lucky to have hired him, and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone having a need for this type of service.

Mike is very knowledgeable and thorough. He takes the time to explain everything well. Mike validated what my gut feeling was about my rental apartment. His findings included Stachybotrys mold in addition to others. I completely trust in his honesty and expertise. Iâ m continuing to work with him to retest. Because of Mikeâ s tests I knew not to return home to my apartment even after I was told it was clear by another testing company my apartment complex used. He saved me from a new exposure and getting sick again. I highly recommend him.
