Mike was easy to work with, he took time to discuss what I was looking for in my basement remodel. I was provided 3 options for my space in the timeframe established. He is open to changes and input and easy to reach for questions or concerns.

Exceptional work! We had Mike design our basement layout, and had a fantastic experience. Not only did we like the results, the contractors we sent the plans to said his design was some of the best they had seen (dimensions, completeness, etc). We opted to have Mike provide 3 initial designs, and paid extra for 3d renderings which were well worth the money to visualize the completed space. Our designs included a closet, exercise area, dining area, bedroom, office, bathroom, family room (with kitchenette), and a TV wall. I have zero regrets, and Mike was easy to work with, turned the designs around per our timeline, and provided all of the drawings needed to bid out the work. I would recommend him to anyone!

Mike is my favorite architect. As a GC it's extremely important that I have a good working relationship with the project architect. Mike understands that the client's interests are the most important factor. Mike often makes decisions in favor of the client even when it means he will make less money from the project. I'm always excited to work with Mike because my projects run smoother with him involved and he often surprises me with his creative solutions to difficult architectural issues. I highly recommend Mike to anyone looking for a trustworthy, creative, detail-oriented architect. Thank you, Mike!

Mike did a great job listening to what we needed for a "small but mighty" mudroom addition and came up with multiple designs that were better than we thought possible for the limited space. His turnaround time and communication are excellent.

  6. Bankruptcy Search
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them.
  7. Legal Search for Civil Judgments
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
  8. Liens Search
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
