The service I received was excellent. Joseph Azevedo was very nice, polite and very knowledgeable. He seen things the previous contractor did incorrectly and explained how it could be fixed. This is my first time using Home Advisor and I found the experience to be easy and pleasant. The repair man thoroughly explained the job and fixed the problem within the time he said he would. I don t know whether the price was on the high, middle or low end since his was the only quote I received. My a/c unit is working fine now and he said that if I had problems again to give them a call.

I called PMG late summer of 2018. I was very impressed with the professionalism shown. I told them I wanted them back for complete HVAC system replace in April 2019. They are not pushy. They are honest. They display integrity. They answered all my questions. Most of all, they perform quality work. You get the feeling that there are no "hidden" fees and you would be correct! My energy bill was cut almost in half because of the newer, more efficient systems available today. I highly recommend PMG.

Right in the middle of a heat wave, they were able to get to me the next day. Had the part on the truck and repaired the air conditioner in an hour or so. Extremely satisfied with the service, quality of work and pricing. I will use PMG for all my future air conditioning and heating needs.
