Joey Azevedo is great and expert in Air Conditioning system. I do have the Home Warranty and last week the AC was not working, no cool air blowing. Called the Home Warranty and they sent a contractor to work on it. After the initial diagnostic done, the technician submitted things that needed to be replaced with a total cost of $3750.00 to me and Home Warranty company. The fix is to replace the "Condenser and Evaporator unit including a city permit. According to my coverage, things that were not covered and I needed to come up with $1450.00 from my end to start the job. So, I do remember, Joey had done some work on my house with the attic cooling fan system(QuiteCool Advanced Whole House Fan). He came in and checked my AC system and replaced a new capacitor. Also found the condenser fan blade was upside down. Fixed both issues and my AC is working. Thanks Joey for taking care of my AC system with $200.00

Joey Azevedo is a true professional and an expert in the HVAC world. He went above and beyond the basic install and did a totally custom job . I had used the only attic access for a whole house fan, so Joey wasnt able to see in the attic when he bid the job. He kept to his original estimate despite having to do quite a bit of custom ducting and confined space work at no extra cost. He knows his shit!

Please note: Joey installed a full system: HVAC. I'm an older guy so I can (almost) get away with writing this review a year later. Here's what I have to say about PMGâ especially Joey Azevedo. Our story starts off with a tragic twist of homeowner dread: our roof, gutters, water heater, and HVAC died around the same time. More fun than wearing underwear soaked with ticks! Outside of having to refinance our home to cover all of this work, and getting the roofer, the baker, and the candlestick maker all together to handle the various pieces of our sh!# pie, my wife and I didn't know where to turn for help with our HVAC system. It was installed around 1993. Not good. Let me preface this story by saying my wife and I have family in the HVAC businessâ but they all reside on the other side of the country. They gave us advice but it was PMG & Joey who got us off the ground. FAST! Through Joey, we purchased and installed: A HVAC system from York, A whole house fan made by QuiteCool, and exhaust fans in the bathroom and kitchen. Let me list all the ways Joey made our lives easier: * He was cordial, friendly, and attentive to every one of our needs. * He coordinated with our roofers so that everything was properly installed. * He worked with our plumber to ensure everything was to code and connected to the plumber's water lines. * He worked with our difficult city inspectors (four visits total for just the HVAC). * He also got a HVAC inspector to certify everything was up to code. For most any issue outside of our HVAC setup, Joey recommended a number of companies and/or individuals to suit our needs. Please understand, he didn't give us his "friends" informationâ he actually gave us at least three contractors/companies to choose from and get quotes. All of them were professionals and held appropriate contractor licenses. The man even set up a weather vane on our roof for my wife! The man is a jack of all trades. And knowledgeable about most anything related to home repair and improvements. If you've paid attention to any of the reviews about PMG and Joey, you'd realize our story is just another happy voice in the chorus. I'm really glad we came across PMG. We're extremely satisfied with everything he did.

Easy to work with. Prices are fair. Owner is honest.

PMG did a great job. Extremely knowledgeable, delivered on all promises, and were open with pricing changes when I requested a full ductwork replacement. Highly recommend this team for your HVAC work.

Joey was awesome. Good work. He did not b/s me. Definitely would hire him again.
