I had this couple come to my house twice and arranged for the third time. I was mostly happy with the first visit but they did not allow for the full 4 hours and left early without finishing my house. The second time they were scheduled to come at 1:00 and my husband took off work to be there. Ryan then texted me at 1:37 saying that they could not be there until 3:00 and arrived after 3:00. Again, they did not finish the house and left after 3hours. On the third visit, they were scheduled to be at my house at 1:30. I had to go to work in the morning and rushed home to be there at 1:30. At 2:15 I called them and Ryan stated that they had to pick up their daughter at 1:30 and had forgotten. He did not make any effort to call to say they would be late again. I canceled their service as you cannot count on them to be there on time and they never finish the job. I would not recommend them if you expect people to be there when they say they will. Not even calling before you are late is not professional.

The house was in terrible shape like never seen before. Which client didn't mentioned on phone conversation before getting a price. However, we decided to help the client like we always do for our clients. We kept price discussed on phone after finding the excessive dirtiness in the place. Obviously, this could not be done in one visit. On the second visit, the cleaning date was changed by the client so I did all efforts to fulfill her need for that specific day. Unfortunately, I had to move and rearrange schedule and communicated with the client properly without canceling service. This because she had family visits the next day or so. Then, on third visit 5 minutes away from her place she canceled the service. Life happens and unfortunately, I left the phone in one of the bags while driving from so far. So I couldn't communicate with this client on time to rearrange the scheduled appointment. I apologized! However, the client contacted me again near 1/2 hour later via text. Client texted me to talk all this negative stuff about us after canceling. After several texts, I told her to stop texting me. She ignored my request and continue to text me, looking for vengeance she tried mocking my words used in previous text message. Obviously, this is only done by someone angry and problematic.

I contacted them from New Jersey for my son who lives in Pacific Beach, San Diego. Ryan the owner contacted me immediately & called my son right away as well... Him and his wife went to my son's apartment the next week and my son said they did a fantastic job and he was really happy with them! We will definitely be calling them back for another cleaning!
