Reviews
Write a ReviewTim and his team replaced my septic fields in May. He called me, told me when he would be at my house and showed up ready to find the problem. He then told me the problem , gave me a price and finished the job. His teamed was professional and respectful. I would highly recommend McKinney septic.
No bull**** - they really know their stuff. Excellent professionals
They were pleasant and easy to work with. They were here when they said they would be. Answered calls to their business and returned calls promptly.
With all that is gong on, Tim came out saw my need and was honest from day one. He provided a quote, his plan to deal with issue and a time frame.. He did not commit on a start date because he was swamped. Nonetheless, he called within 3 weeks of our meeting and showed up to start the job.. And what a great job he did! My wife and I and very satisfied with the work.
AFTER TALKING TO THE OWNER WHO I.VE KNOWN FOR 20 YEARS I REALIZE IT WAS NOT HIS FAULT THAT HE HIRED A PART-TIME DRIVER THAT COULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB, THE COMPANY AFTER ALL IS A GOOD COMPANY THAT USUALLY DOES A GREAT JOB AND I WOULD NORMALLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE THAT NEEDS THERE SEPTIC WORK DONE. THE OWNER IS A REAL PRO AT HIS JOB AND IT IS UNFAIR TO CRITISIZE HIM FOR A PART TIME WORKER.
came as promised on time for a fair price what else can you ask for great job
Mr. McKinney was hired to install a 1000 gallon plastic septic tank. A few days after the job was done I bought a riser. At this point, I noticed it was out of level. I then dug the entire upper half with a shovel to inspect, The tank is 2 and 3/4 inches pitched in the opposite direction. Not only it is not level the inlet side is below the outside. When I Filled the tank up with a garden hose the water enters the inlet side first. Bringing that to Mr. McKinney attention he said that is OK there will not be a problem but he will come out to inspect anyway. Hey manipulated the pipes and now the water is resting less than 1/2 of an inch below the inlet side. The engineer at the septic tank manufacturer said this absolutely positively unacceptable, the tank should be level and the water should be 3'' below the inlet pipe. I paid an engineer and two contractors to inspect it and the findings were the same, out of level, and pitched back to the inlet. Then Running water from the home for the 1st time water was noticed leaking from the fittings before the tank. From here on, It will be a legal matter.
Great service will use again!
very good knowledgeable nice experience.
It was a pleasure doing business with you.
Family owned business since 1961. I was able to see the septic tank and ask the McKinney guys questions about the system. They answered all my questions and even gave me some tips on how to prolong the life of my septic system. The entire process was great experience. Highly recommend.
Thanks for taking the time to leave us a great review. It's greatly appreciated.
