I told him I needed a chimney liner and cap installed and also some minor masonry work done of about 1 1/2 feet up from the base of my chimney in my cellar as some of the mortar between the bricks had worked its way out over the years from vibrations of tractor trailer rigs driving over a slightly raised man hole cover in the road in front of my house.
