Reviews
Write a ReviewThey poured too much salt into my pool and did not own up to the mistake. Instead, they blamed the city water for the 6000 salt levels rather than their technician, did not admit to it and then quoted me $600 to drain the pool in order to fix their mistake. When i called to cancel service they asked why. I told them that mistakes happen, its how you handle it that makes a difference. They did not ask any further questionsor try in any way because why start being honest now. So they created an issue, denied wrong doing and I now have to pay to fix their mistake. Avoid them at all costs, scam
Writing slanderous and inaccurate reviews of a reputable company is a rather low brow form of attack. In Arizona water evaporates at an extreme rate, we do live in a desert. Pools on average loose 16,000 gallons of water annually due to evaporation. Water evaporates. mineral content remains behind. This causes mineral content to compound. When tap water contains 300 to 700 ppm salinity, it stands to reason that salinity can naturally increase over time. If you would like to belittle a company because we charge more than another company fine. Please get your facts straight and don't be slanderous.
Absolutely the very best pool service company in the Valley. Great advice, regular checking of potential problems, close contact with me, the client. And a real person answers the phone. Fair pricing too. The best!

McCallum's Pools is an outstanding company with great technicians and excellent knowledge of all aspects of swimming pool maintenance. I have used this company for over ten years and they have always kept my pool in superb shape and have replaced a number of age related parts without issue. John McCallum, the owner, consistently hires great guys who are punctual, efficient and pleasant to deal with. They have helped me to stay on the cutting edge of the latest pool technology so that I can operate my pools various features from an app on my cell phone.
