Reviews
Write a ReviewPaul Guererro sent Roger Jacobo, one of his assistants, to install natural travertine 12x12 tiles on our bathroom floor in San Francisco. The floor was not exactly square, as so many San Francisco homes tend not to be, but Roger figured out a way to install the tile so that you can not tell that the room is out of square. He did an excellent job and I would definitely recommend him. The floor looks great!
They did an excellent job for me...Exactly what I wanted and at a very reasonable price!
This was my first experience with granite and didn't know about the stone's natural flaws, small chips/cracks here and there. If I had a second change, I would ask more questions and inspect all granite slabs carefully before installation to make sure they match in color and design. When the installer brought to my attention that one of the slabs was different, it had already been installed. Had I been given a chance to select where this slab should go, I would have chosen an area away from the window, where it wouldn't be so visible. All visitors notice the difference right away. The particular slab in question looks old, but I guess you can say, "I got what I paid for." Despite this, my kitchen looks nice. The installer was very pleasant, courteous, and punctual.
