I was very pleased with the work done, the friendliness of Mr. Maximo and his crew.

After the deck installation, I was presented with additional charges that were not part of our initial agreement. I ended up paying more than expected. Upon completion, there were a few minor issues e.g. a gap in the railing joint, one end of a railing left floating and partial covering of a sink clean-out cover. On the plus side, project was started and completed on time. Crew were friendly and respectful of property.

Maximo Construction gave us a great bid, has competent and friendly workers, kept to the agreed upon schedule, and turned out exceptional products in our new composite deck and pergola. Maximo engineered the pergola to hold retractable canopy panels. The pergola is extremely sturdy, symmetrical, and aesthetic. His communication was excellent throughout the entire project. I could not recommend him and his company highly enough. I will definitely hire him/them again!

Maximo explained everything that would be done. The workers were on time and the job was done on time. The price seemed fair. We had gotten 3 estimates.

Replaced foundation vents.

I will use this Company again!!!
