"Itâ  s rare these days to meet a contractor with such integrity and absolute commitment to customer service.. Edwinâ  s work speaks for itself. Itâ  s always done right. In addition to complying with building codes and specifications he truly does not overcharge his customer. On the contrary, he goes overboard keeping the bill to a minimum. Carrillo Construction has worked on many jobs for me in the older home I purchased in Sonoma. I could not possibly recommend them more highly. Everyone that works in this company is not only knowledgeably, respectful to a fault, built ultimately eager to make the job perfect- with the absolute least impact/inconvenience to me the homeowner. "Diego Fernandez-Buzzy of Assistance in Paradise, crafted an attractive redwood front entrance for our home in Berkeley. He was willing to work with our ideas and came up with a lovely functional design while at the same time addressing issues like subsidence, drainage, structural problems and aesthetics. Our covered front porch was made of two pieces of concrete, one of which was starting to tilt into our front yard away from the house. Diego quickly assessed the situation and proposed ways to protect the existing structure from erosion and invasion by our cute little neighborhood critters. Diego and his assistant stabilized the roof, demolished the existing concrete, poured footings for the new structure and fixed up the walls of the house, matching the existing siding. Then, he built a beautiful redwood front porch for us with a Shaker style balustrade and stairs. He consulted with us on the various features and materials and we got exactly what we wanted. The quality of his work is impressive and we would recommend Diego and his company, Assistance in Paradise for any project you have in mind."

"Recently had a home inspection performed in preparation of selling our house next year. The inspection revealed several small items that needed attention/repair, including: rotting window trim, warped garage side door, leaking gutters/downspouts, and damage to the concrete foundation. In addition, all the fascia trim showed extreme weathering and needed painting. We first thought of hiring a handyman to do all of these jobs and had a few come out but we were not impressed by their professionalism, leaving us to doubt their abilities to perform the needed repairs adequately. Then we came across Sebastian and CCS Construction Services on Home Advisor. CCS is licensed, insured, and carries worker's comp. We were very impressed by Sebastian's professionalism and his honesty when explaining the work that needed to be done and how it would be performed. So, we hired Sebastion and CCS Construction Services, and, all the work has been completed, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Sebastian and his team are hard working and very respectful. "Atilla did an exceptional job. I had old storm windows removed and was left with sealant around the windows that was hard to remove. The trim on the windows had weathered and one windowsill had rotted. Atilla replaced the rotten windowsill and scraped and repainted the others. He also scraped and repainted large areas of trim on two sides of the house. He was conscientious, always polite, and checked with me frequently to make sure the work was progressing satisfactorily. I'm more than pleased with the results and am already planning to have him do further work next year."
