Write a ReviewI would not recommend Dykes Air for commercial work. He serviced our unit three months ago, and since then, we have been trying non-stop to get an invoice or cost on his work so we can get bill our client. This is the second time we have had trouble getting timely responses from him. He is ignored all emails, calls, texts, and voicemails. If you are in need of reliable communication and timely invoicing, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

He will not answer phone calls or text messages when you try to contact him if you are having issues with the finished work. He never sent me a copy of the guarantee to my email address.Â

I absolutely cannot believe in this day and age customer service is this bad...I spent a total of $10,000 with a $1,000 rebate thank you... but almost since day one we have experienced different problems but nothing like our outside unit.... it is so loud with now 3 different noises..that wakes us up at night and our neighbors I have got shims and bricks propped up just to try and quiet the unit down its buzzing and fan rattling so loud it echoes in my backyard ... we were promised 3 times, I will make it right,..never heard back from anyone. I hate having to call someone out because it is their lively hood...I am in customer service as well and I would have been fired if I had treated a paying customer this way...I understand we are in a pandemic...my issue is outside with an entire backyard all to himself...Matthew must make this right. I am still having to use a fan when it is hot and heater, when it is cold because ductwork was not repaired or replaced as I was advised thru my wife repair or replace, was discussed...this review is necessary for this may wake someone up and realize they gotta get back to what made people want to use their services...hated to do this...I just want to be comfortable with my heating and air in my home and sleep comfortably at night in my home...I have text audio, I have called (mailbox always full) text comes back, can I call you later, looks like I am just gonna have to hire someone to quiet my unit down so I can stop disturbing the sleep of my neighbors and ours.
I am a senior citizen and totally dissatisfied that they did not give me a receipt, warranty booklet and that they over charged me. They stated that they were supposed to charge me less than what they charged me and were supposed to refund me the difference. I have called them and called them and I still have not heard from them. They stated that there is a 8 year warranty and I am concerned that if the air conditioner breaks down I do not have the warranty information and will be out of luck. I do not know what to do now.
We bought our home last year and asked them to service and inspect our two units. This year we needed help with a thermostat upgrade. Both times they were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We will definitely use this company the next time we need service.
