I invested over $7000 in a central heat and air system and installation with Dykes and I've had serious problems since the day it was installed. They've been back to my house more than a dozen times and the problems have not be resolved at all after more than a year. Three last time they came out was due to mildue building up in the closet where the heat exchanger unit is located due to moisture buildup. Matthew examined this problem, he told me it was due to the duct not being properly sealed where it passes into the attic. He said : That's on me and I'll get it taken care of right away". Over a month has passed, no one has showed up, no call? Nothing. I texted Matthew and asked if he'd forgotten about correcting his mistake. He said that he hasn't forgotten and that I was on the schedule.?? 😳 I asked him when I was on the schedule for and he never replied and never showed up to correct that particular problem. Haven't heard from him since. So after spending that much money such Matthew I know have to hire another HVAC company to come in and correct the mistakes and poor quality work he's done. I will tell anyone that will listen not to do business with Matthew. Poor quality work and very poor customer service. I will repost on here how much it cost me and what had to be done to get my new unit working properly.

Kind enough people, but charged a hefty sum for an ineffective job. AC system is still broken, as if no work was done on it at all.

They by far had the best service. I unfortunately could not use them because of my home warranty taking up the bill but they were very professional; they accurately diagnoses the problem right away and helped us get air conditioners for the time being. I appreciate that beyond words. With my family of 5 we needed all the help we could get and I thank them tremendously.
