just an estimate on work to be done. was told it would be between 12,000 and 24,000. never got an estimate by the tech who was here. he told us he would send review to my e-mail. he never did. he was late for the appointment. when we recover from the shock 0f the estimated price we will look elsewhere.

I called Master Tech Plumbing about a leak I had in my main water line. They came out and looked at my problem. I told them to set me up a time for them to come out and fix it. When they came out I had the best experience I have ever had with a tech. I will absolutely recommend Master Tech to anyone who has something going wrong with their Plumbing. Their customer service is outstanding. They made sure I knew every step they were going to take in fixing my main waterline. They came up and And told me that my water meter was reading all zeros again because they had fixed the problem. Thank you Master Tech you have made my life a lot easier.

This is an update on the service from 3 weeks ago by MasterTech plumbing on 11/10/20- Our water heater was leaking. To install the pipe was very costly, $561.00 for 90 minutes, but it needs taken care of properly and promptly. If there is still a leak, I will call them back to repair it again. 11/13/20 - I reached out again as the water heater started leaking again after two days. I was told that there was a 90-day warranty. They sent out another plumber to view the problem. Nothing was fixed or repaired. I was told that I would need a new water heater and the cost would be $4000.00 for the heater and to remove the pipes and put the pipes back in. To say the least, I was very upset that I just paid 561.00 to have a copper pipe that was 6" long cut and replaced with a plastic blue pipe. All of the couplings were takin off and now have a chopped up pipeline. 12/2/20 - I have investigated myself the cost of a 40 gal. water heater that is ceramic on the inside, it is 460.00 at Lowes. I have contacted another plumber who will install the water heater for $500.00. That is taking out the 130-pound water heater, take out the pipes, put in the heater, and put the pipes back into place. I have a water softener nearby. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE YOU CONTACT THIS COMPANY! I was in a hurry as we were having guests for our wedding that weekend. I was very displeased paying $560.00 for something that NEVER GOT FIXED! I will NEVER CALL this company again for any of my needs. The recommendation from my neighbor, who calls for maintenance service and repairs for MU, I will trust from here on out.

The second visit was on 11/11. The initial repairs made were correct based on what was discovered on the original visit. The technician who made the second visit believes an additional problem occurred after the first visit. Based on his assessment and years of experience, he recommended a new tankless water heater. Water heaters are the most dangerous appliance in your home because they can cause flooding, fires, and electrocution. We believe in protecting your safety first and foremost. We trust our technicians to make accurate recommendations while working in the field. His belief, based on the situation at hand, was that a "tankless water heater" was the best solution. We know they are significantly more expensive than replacing a tank water heater, but due to the location, the conditions, etc, it was determined this was the solution we felt most comfortable offering. This is one reason why we offer up front pricing, so customers can decide whether or not to have us do the work. We're glad you were able to find an alternative solution for getting it installed. We encourage everyone to please research our reputation, and any other company they might do business with. Company is professional. Pricey compared to alternatives. Said they could deal with plumbing and HVAC, but the tech that showed up, while nice, knew little about plumbing. Did clean water out of furnace lines, but have had this done before paying about a third of the money.
