Professional, On Time and Knowledgeable. Richard explained everything that was needed and all costs up front. I called Marco Polo Because i neeed my Filters Cleaned and my system explained to me ( new home owner and I didnt understand exactly how my system operated) he took the time to explain my system to me and the best way to maintain it on my own. Because of his professionalism and honesty I decided to hire Marco Polo Pools for weekly service moving forward. So Thankful to have found Marco Polo Pools.

Almost immediately after posting my request on line for a pool filter repair service I received a call from one of the two owners of Marco Polo Pools. He was polite and courteous and listened attentively to my issue and afterwards offered to come over that morning and repair it for a very reasonable and competitive price. Both owners arrived and completed the job in a timely, neat and proficient manner. Before leaving they cleaned up the entire area and made sure that not only everything worked as designed to but also that I was very satisfied with them and the quality of their work. I highly recommend Marco Polo Pools and would encourage anyone to give them the opportunity to assist them with their pool needs.

I called Richard with some concerns about my new pool and the system as a whole. Richard and Jake came by the same day, cleaned our entire pool, and took the time to teach me how the entire system worked. They were both very knowledgeable and had great customer service. I learned a lot and the pool looks great, Iâ m looking forward to working with them on a weekly basis.
