Hi, I was in a hurry to have my rental property painted before the floor guys showed up on Monday. I called Oscar Thursday, he came out same day with a great price quote. The next day, Friday morning at 7:30am the (great) guys were here painting. They finished the whole house by Saturday night, working on Saturday and working late, knowing that the floor guys were coming on Monday. The job they did was perfect, even though they knew it was a rental property. Some vendors don't do as good of a job as a rental when they might do better if it's not a rental. So, as far as the job goes, it was great. The guys, were friendly and good painters. Oscar, drove to the property quickly and explained what was needed, what should be done, and what I could expect. It was all put in writing so there was nothing to wonder about. Quite frankly, I used to do this painting myself, but now knowing the (reasonable) cost to have it done, and them doing a better job than I, in less time, I'll never paint again and let Magic Colors just do it.

Work was timely, completed more quickly than expected. The work was perfect. The workers moved everything very carefully and put everything back. Everything was kept very clean throughout the process. Owner oversaw the whole project. I could not be more pleased. Very polite and professional.

Oscar is reliable, came out on the on the days and times that they promised. Oscar was clear with his explanation, of what I would expect from them on an everyday basis. I was satisfied with their service.

Oscar and his team painted our second story bedrooms and hallway for us. Five total rooms. His workmanship and attention to detail were fantastic. His team protected our brand new floors and radiators, patched and leveled our walls in places and exceeded our expectations. We will be hiring him and his team for additional projects in the spring.
