    John was great initially - getting there and tackling the immediate problem and answering my calls. We had a short in the electrical heating fan/motor in the floor that was potentially dangerous and could have caused a fire so he replaced the breaker and rewired the fan/motor. However, when he left we noticed that the fan was not running in the box and he told us to detach the wires which I felt was risky and also meant the problem was not fixed. He said he would come back the following Monday to inspect the rest of the wires underneath the house and he never did. He was also supposed to send me a photo of the burned wires, a work order/receipt for my files, and never did. I texted him about Monday and about replacing the fan/motor - either to let us what it was called and we would replace it ourselves or give us the cost of replacing one or all 3 boxes. He never responded so we still have a heating system that is not fixed and perhaps dangerous if only running on two fan motors .
