Very neat work, and easy to work with

Melvin was incredibly responsive and easy to deal with, and took on my Cambridge brick steps repair project immediately. He provided daily updates, was upfront about an unexpected overage due to unseen damage, and the repair + repointing work was impeccable.

Melvin installed a new stainless steel chimney cap and waterproofed the whole chimney above the roof. Melvin does excellent work and listens to his customers needs. His work was on time, performed with great respect to our house and great value. Highly recommended.

I hired M&M Waterproofing & Masonry LLC to repair brick stairs that was really in bad shape. I was actually thinking of having the stairs demolished and new ones built in it's place. Melvin told me he could repair them for less than half the cost of replacing the stairs. the repaired stairs came out great. He told me he'd have them done in a week. He arrived at 8:AM every morning starting on 6/17 and finished today 6/21. He worked through all those days that saw temperatures in the upper 90's. I also want to give a shout out to Eddie's Iron Works. Melvin contracted them to design and install a beautiful wrought iron rail to complete the project. I met with three different companies before I met Melvin. Each time I felt as though as I was being taken advantage of, until I spoke with Melvin on the phone. He came to my house and I just had the feeling that he wasn't like the other people who came by. I trusted him. I had been told by one person that to remove two bricks that were cracked from my firebox would make the whole thing collapse and therefore the whole chimney box needed to be replaced. Melvin did not use scare tactics with me and replaced the two bricks without anything collapsing and it looks great. Melvin also installed a chimney rain cap and repaired the chimney where necessary to provide for a secure installation. He did an excellent job. Melvin was courteous, professional and honest and I would hire him again in a minute. He's also a super nice guy. I recommend him highly!

Melvin was a very professional. Clear communicator and very detail oriented. Quick and efficient. Even went above and beyond by repairing a small divot in driveway that wasnâ t even in the original estimate.
