    The forms were never picked up and our calls were never returned. I did hear from them after 10 days and they said they would be back to pick up forms and still not followed through. We have questions not answered. Currently no response.

    Mr. Milligan and his crew of two did a good job in two days. They worked hard and cleaned up any mess. I would recommend his for good work.

    I hired M and M Concrete Service because he was the first to respond, very personable, and provided a reasonable cost estimate. They had the unfortunate experience of having to work around the intermittent rain showers but managed to set the forms, pour the concrete, and surface the concrete. The finished driveway looks good. The driveway was completed on 2/26/2020, and we were advised not to use the driveway until the following Wed. I asked when he was going to return to remove the forms and clean up, and he said Mon or Tue of the following weeks (Mar 2-3). We had a lot of rain Mar 2-5 so I really did not expect to see his crew. The weather has been great from Mar 6 to the present (14 Mar). I contacted Mr. Milligan via text message on Mar 10 and asked when he was going to return to complete the job. As of 14 Mar, he has not responded nor have I seen his crew. I paid M and M Concrete Service on Feb 26 because he requested to be paid. I even agreed to an increase in the original estimate due to an error. I had no misgivings about paying Mr. Milligan. Hindsight is great. I will not do that ever again. What I should have done was pay him half and the remaining balance after he returned and completed the job. I would not recommend this company to family or friends. Updated review 10/29/2020 After several months of use, the driveway has more cracks in it than the old one and is continuing to crack. This driveway will have to be replaced in the near future. Additionally, I have noticed other reviews regarding M&M not returning to remove forms and clean up after completing the project. Apparently, M&M does not consider this as a part of the job. At this point in time, I am very disappointed in the final product and the apparent lack of customer satisfaction that M&M fails to promote.
