Our deck needed to be replaced. ML Construction completed the work quickly and professionally. Moabe explained why the rot occurred in the old deck and how he would prevent it from happening again. He and his crew were on time and worked the full day. The finished product looks great. My neighbor commented on both the work ethic and quality of the deck. We plan on using him again for other projects.

I was pleased with this company’s performance. I asked them to repair a tile seat in my shower. You can see the before and after pics show a job well done. In addition, both Mr Nascimiento and his nephew were respectful and patient. He even took a trip to Home Depot to find a replacement tile when we had no extra tiles. He chose stone that matched my shower very well. He was easy to reach and honest in his pricing. I would recommend this company without hesitation!

MOABE was excellent to work with! We needed some home remodeling including a bathroom and the work was done just as we wanted. Mo also came up with some different ideas that we loved, such as a new Media Wall. He designed and built it beautifully! A beautiful job all around! They were very professional and NEAT and cleaned up after every workday. Treated our home as if it were their own. AlSO! Very trustworthy! We left the house daily while they worked and never had to worry. Will definitely be using ML Construction for future work that needs to be done.

Moabi was fantastic to work with. He scheduled the job and stuck to the schedule precisely. He arrived on time every day and worked until dark and even in the rain. His workmanship was excellent. I have worked with many contractors and he is by far the best I have dealt with. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Ml Construction was always on time and communicated with me from day 1 about the project. They assessed the situation, gave me a quote and some options, and did exactly what they said they would do for the price they quoted. I had a very good experience with this contractor. They always told me when they would be on site and and such and any questions were answered very fast. I would recommend them highly.

Moebe and his partner was the best decision we have made when it comes to expanding on our home and making it exactly what we have wanted. We hired them to close in our attached porch to make a bedroom. They also did our vinyl siding, garage and shed roof replacement, front steps with small platform, bathroom reno and replace flooring throughout our entire house. They were so clean and efficient and made sure everything was perfect. They were so easy to work with and extremely trust worthy. I can’t recommend them enough to anyone and everyone that needs work. We will be using them in the future for kitchen reno and I can’t wait to see the work they do then! Honestly, easiest best decision we made! We went from potentially moving to loving what we feel looks like a brand new home!
