ML is an absolute joy to work with. I felt comfortable with the quote and the repairs were on time and perfect. His quote was better than everyone elseâ s. I would highly recommend this company.

I hired ML Construction to repair/rebuild a small existing deck. There was some hidden rot that was exposed during construction but the crew was terrific and took it in stride. The original wood deck flooring was replaced with composite. The job came out looking great.

This was a difficult job. The original deck had hidden rot and had to be demolished down to the perimeter framing timbers and rebuilt. It was made more difficult because the rot had gotten to the major timber that attaches the deck to the house. Moabe did a terrific job using composite decking material for the finished deck floor area. The finished project looks great and was finished exactly on the planned schedule.

Great value for the money - work product is amazing. I have additional projects that I will be hiring ML Construction for in the near future. The deck we had was sagging and was dated. The railing needed to be replaced as well. They listened to the specific decking and railing we wanted, they found them, installed them in the exact timeframe as quoted. Only wanted funds for materials upfront; did not want to be paid in full until we signed off on the project being complete. Trustworthy and great work ethic. You will be impressed!

Moabe always communicated promptly and was clear that good service and good value were his priorities. Most of the work was done while we were out of town, but Moabe sent text updates on a regular basis to make sure we could see what he was doing and provide feedback if necessary. It took about one working week to replace the existing decking and expand the footprint and improve access to the yard based on a concept drawing from our landscaper Price was well within what we expected to pay. Wouldnâ t hesitate to recommend for a similar project.

I made the right decision by hiring ML. The owner and the guy that works with him, were very professional and friendly. They took their time and worked on my 20 year old deck and restored it nicely....saving me thousands of dollars by not having to put a new deck in. They also removed a ton of old moldy sheetrock and fixed my eve on my front porch. After all the work was done, they removed everything from the property. ML, work was very good and I am extremely pleased with the price, too.
