I wanted to take a moment to provide some positive feedback about a recent project involving my deck and porch. My previous deck was constructed without adhering to city codes from the previous owner of my house ð   which posed several issues. I hired contractor Moabe to address these concerns, and I am pleased to report that he did an outstanding job. He successfully brought down the old deck and built a new one that fully complies with city regulations. Moabe's professionalism and attention to detail were commendable, and I truly appreciate the quality of his work. He has made a significant difference . Moabe's work impressed me on several fronts. I had a deck replaced that also included an addition added to it. Moabe and team did an excellent job on it. Like any job, there for unforeseen things that came up (not their fault) and they were quick to come up with a solution that I'm really happy with. I had some additional things I wanted done as well such as closing up the siding of my pool and adding a gate to my fence that they did a great job with. I received multiple quotes and they were fairly priced compared to the others with the best reviews out of everyone. I actually already have them quoting my next project as well as future ones my wife and I are planning. Planning for a big renovation job is hard enough as it is, make it easier on yourself and choose ML as your contractor.

This company came to Me via Angi List. In all honesty, my expectations to find someone to do the work was low. Have having said that M& L construction was very quick to respond and even quicker to do the job. In addition, his communications while not on the premises was superior. I would not hesitate. In fact, I will be having them return to build a new cabana, which will be on my new 40 x 45 foot Trek Deck sadly,. M&L construction did not build This deck, however They finished all of the detail work, which exceeded my expectations. Being a homeowner who is constantly updating and improving, not just my house, but the property I recommend M& L construction without hesitation or reserve.

Moabe and his crew not only painted our front porch and back upper deck but also our shutters, doors and garage doors. They were very polite, ontime every day, kept us informed on where the project stood and cleaned up before they left. I would definitely recommend their services.

Moabe and Ml Construction were fantastic in all respects in a challenging project of replacing 1700 SF of mahogany decking with 1700 SF of composite decking. Including a substantial. Number of rotten stringers that needed total replacement. His attitude was positive throughout the project and he would leave the space as neat as possible at the end of every work day. I would strongly recommend ML and Moabe for any construction job. I am currently negotiating with him for the exterior painting of my 4,500 SF house.
