Matt and his team were very efficient and responsive. I encountered some roof damage at the worst time possible, and Matt was there immediately to help me with the process every step of the way, walking me through the insurance process and delivering a quality estimate in a timely manner. The team took only two days to replace my roof, gutters, and downspouts. I was not only impressed by the efficiency, but also the quality of the work performed.

After dealing with other contractors in our homes, meeting Matt and his crews was heaven! Our roof needed replaced on home and outbuilding due to hail damage. He handled the coordination with the insurance company going back to them several times to get approvals covered. He also kept us informed routinely on his progress. The roofs, gutters, screens and downspouts were handled quickly and look great. A leak in shower ceiling also needed replaced from storm damage. Different crew, same timely excellent work completed immediately after roof was done. Our first go to from now on for any necessary work would be Elfline Property Solutions! Excellent experience. High level of expertise and knowledge, very good communication, great suggestions, always on time (they managed roof replacement, siding replacement, attic insulation, gutter, downspouts, shutters, some electrical work, replaced several windows - big project), very good quality of craftsmanship, fair pricing - absolutely no complaints. There was a longer time for preparation needed, as expected, but once decisions had been made (lots of things needed to be decided on) the execution was very professional and done within 2 weeks. From the first truck showing up to the last nail picked up. I only wished I would have known this company earlier. My previous experiences with other companies have been poor, and I was very afraid of hiring anyone for this large project and regret it later. But I was wrong, best experience ever. And the final product looks great, my wife and I love it. I wished it would be always this way. This group of skilled people is great. Very well done Matt and team. This was a year long process with my insurance company and going through appraisal. Matt stuck with me and guided me through the process he fought for me and got me what I deserved. Even after insurance said they wouldnâ t pay for some specific â upgradesâ Matt was able to help guide me and I was able to get additional funds that werenâ t upgrades it was pre-existing finishes. Once everything was settled with insurance the roof was completed within days.
