Luis and his partner were fantastic! He was very professional, efficient, detail oriented and patient as we chose a color palette. They had to remove and replace all of the trim on our tall home, replaced siding and covered up an old dog door. The exterior paint job was perfect. Luis painted my parents house and their neighbors with rave reviews as well. They cleaned up their work space everyday, tolerated our dogs and were super kind to our kids! Highly recommended.

We have had excellent experiences with the Luis Painting Company. Luis was very responsive during the entire project. He is a perfectionist, which results in the highest quality finish on the cabinets, walls, and millwork. Luis and his team previously completed two of our projects in 2023-2024; and just completed a third renovation project in 2026. Luis did a great job painting the entire outside of my house, the pergola, the fence and retaining walls. Inside he matched the existing paint color and painted the living/dining rooms, kitchen/family rooms, entry and long hallway walls and ceilings. He fixed dry rot outside and caulked cracks inside on walls and on the brick fireplace. It looked like a new house when he finished. He and his staff Manuel were always on time, kept me informed at every step and left things clean at the end of every day. I highly recommend Luis’ company for their professionalism and excellent work. The best recommendation is this: I will hire them again whenever I have painting needs.

Great job from everyone at Luis Painting Company for being responsive and punctual with the first contact, plus the Owner (Luis) was very helpful in editing the proposal to better reflect the homeowner's goals and finished result expectations. The Luis Painting crew (3) pressure-washed the exterior, replaced all the trim wood affected by dry rot, filled the stucco cracks with the appropriate compound, and thoroughly prepped the exterior for two coats of high-grade Benjamin Moore paint. Although the original job schedule date slipped, Luis and his crew expended maximum efforts to complete the project by September 30, 2025, and completed the work early. The finished painting was done with professionalism, quality workmanship, and attention to detail. Throughout the project, Luis communicated with the homeowner the work plan, daily work schedule, and progress made during the workday. Luis' crew was on-site each day by 800 AM and worked diligently to deliver the project by the deadline.

Our townhouse needed to be completely repainted; first requiring extensive replacement of boards damaged by dry rot and broken pieces, as well as patching stucco. Luis made a rapid and thorough estimate and presented a reasonable proposal. He and his experienced craftsmen worked steadily without disturbing anyone; immediately notifying us of new findings and proposed measures. The job was done on time and our house looks like new. Luis is a quiet, confident, efficient professional, who kept us up to date every step of the way.

Luis and his crew painted the exterior of our house recently. The work was nicely completed. We really appreciated Luis? attention to details. He always informed me if he spotted problems (such as dry rot and termite from our wood sidings) so we could discussed the solution. The house looked very nice after the paint job was done.
