Lowcountry Foundation & Crawl Space Repair

My project was crawl space renovation. Devante and Mario were hard working and did a very meticulous job on our crawl space renovation. My wife said to tell you these guys deserve a promotion.

Lowcountry Foundation Repair came highly recommended by our contractor and they did not disappoint. The team was AMAZING! Super responsive, professional, very hard working and diligent. The team worked clean and did a gorgeous job on our crawlspace encapsulation. Alex and his team (Francis & Dedric) were THE BEST. We really had a great experience and are so grateful for their expert work. They're really an impressive team.

Worst experience ever! COMPLETE SCAM. Friendly customer service but they are total crooks. Bait and switch operation. I wish I had read the many negative reviews prior to ever contacting these people. They give you a glossy pamphlet with before and after photos, develop a contract with decent prices, then do a horrible job and want to charge you twice as much to come complete the job. They charged me over $13K and said my house would be leveled. The installer told me from the beginning that he thought the job was really insufficient, but he just did the work he was told to do by the company. They left trash all over my yard and DESTROYED my a/c ducts, costing my another $8K on a HVAC system that was only 2 years old. I sent letters with pictures to the owners and all I got back was a phone call from an annoyed-sounding scheduler who sent someone else out to look at it. That person also agreed that it was poorly done. He stuck in a few jacks and left. I had to call AGAIN because no contractor would install tile in a house that is still so lopsided (5" difference in some places) Third person came out to the house and agreed it was a terrible job, that I should not have to pay more to get the work completed as it should have been the first time. So they sent me an invoice for an ADDITIONAL $8,400 to make the job right!! Lowcountry Foundation Repair is AWFUL! Go anywhere else or even do it yourself and you will be better off!! Jesse Alex Nate Jay did an excellent job

Really felt pressured to buy the extra service we did not need. The poly product did not fit correctly and when they came back out to look at it, they blamed me for not purchasing the extra product. They fixed it without using the extra product. The problem was bad installation, and they would not admit it.

These folks leveled my front porch and did an amazing job! Has not settled any at all!

Outstanding work by professionals! These folks know and understand how to repair crawlspace foundations.

Very good, on time and did exactly what they said they would do.
