Lopez team has excellent workmanship and good pricing per job, The team was on time and on schedule and Lopez was able to provide important recommendations to us in regards to the job to be done and future ideas. They surrounded the work areas with plastic to avoid dust dispersion. They put canvas mats on any area they walk. They repaired drywall, plaster and recommended paint colors - after that they painted the kitchen ceiling. They caulked the bathroom tub and 2 walls and replace and caulked the threshold. Repaired celling and painted another room. All the rooms were protected against dust. Once they were done, they cleaned all the areas. Lopez went to the store and bought the necessary items for the project. Once the team was done the cost of materials were added to the total price for labor. I will totally recommend Lopez to anyone looking to make any remodeling in their houses.

Highly professional. Have a full team that completes the job in the timeframe given when he gives the estimate of time started and finishes. Even recommends other ideas and material for you to look at if existing matching wood etc..no longer available. Highly professional. I highly would recommend for any project needed. When job is finished the.cleanup is impeccable. Very reasonable in price in comparison to others.

Marvin was transparent and helpful from the very start, making our first home improvement project experience a great one. The remodel consisted of: removing the wall that separated the vanity from the toilet and shower, removing the bathtub, enlarging the space by moving another wall a few inches (so we could get a double sink), moving the toilet to create more space for a larger shower, installing shower (to the ceiling) and floor tile, adding a niche, installing glass shower doors, installing the new vanity and toilet, etc. I mean, seriously, is there anything Marvin and his crew canâ t do? Marvin was also great at giving us suggestions on tile shapes and paint colors. We felt very comfortable asking for his opinion when we could not decide on something or were unsure. I canâ t even begin to express how happy we are with the finished product â itâ s perfect! The whole process (including other projects such as installing new closet doors, patching drywall and painting a different bathroom, and painting our primary bedroom) took a little under two weeks. We are so impressed with Marvin and his crew and canâ t wait to work with them again in the future. HIGHLY recommend.

I have employed services of Lopez Home Improvement over a several years to work on many projects. I found him very friendly, honest, reliable and performed excellent quality work. He was thorough and gets pride in his work. His quoted good price for projects. He also made suggestions when he thought I needed it. He and his crew were very professional, courteous. He always finished work before or on time.

He came and did not have the equipment and quoted an unresonable price so did not get the project done.

I hired Mr. Lopez to complete several small jobs around my house (LED recessed lighting, ceiling fans, bathroom tile and vanity install, and wall painting). Those jobs were done fairly well. He also completely re-tiled my bath tub and shower. The outcome looked nice but shortly thereafter water began to leak from the ceiling below. I reached out to Mr. Lopez a few times to request him to take a look and fix but he has not responded. Ive only used the shower about 10 times since he installed it because of this problem.

Mr. Lopez was very friendly and engaged. He finished the job on time and on budget and we're very happy with his work.

Marvin and his crew showed up on time and didn't waste no time starting the projects I had. They were very professional and respectful of your property and nosy pets. We had drywall repair and replaced trim in a several rooms. They worked very efficiently and the quality was very nice.
