This is the second time I have used Mr. Lockard, and I am very satisfied with the job he has done. He quoted me a fair price, and stuck to it , even though working conditions in our metal garage were extremely hot. This caused the time to complete to drag out longer than first planned. He takes time to do the job right!

Mr. Lockard did what I considered a very hard job for a reasonable rate. He took the time to route the electrical cable through the attic area that was quite difficult to get to, which included a blind breezeway connecting the garage. Another company had wanted to drill holes in the brick siding and route the cable on the outside through conduit and drill another hole thru the brick garage wall. This was going to be very unsightly. Mr. Lockard solved that problem! Besides being competent he was very knowledgeable and easy to talk tol

I am so happy to have met Bill Lockard! He made a very complicated project look simple!I needed wires and switches moved junction boxes placed holes cut and a vent placed. He was professional knowledgeable and left no mess after! I would 100% recommend Bill and I will definitely call him for any other electrical jobs! Trustworthy honest and kind! Thank you for all the work you did looks awesome!

Bill arrived when he said he would and started right away. He did what I had asked for,and didn't leave a hugh mess when the job was finished. He was very polite, didn't make a mess and took the time to explain why he had to do a few things differently. I would not hesitate to hire him for future projects. I also appreciated him showing me his credentials at our first meeting. I will recommend him to my family and friends.
