West Coast Heating Air Conditioning & Solar PV

This review is for my solar quote. Mike Johnson gave me a quote for a 1700 sq. ft house for solar. He was good to deal with and gave me a comprehensive quote using the best equipment. Wow, options were 50K or 60K. I was ready to go with West Coast for solar since their HVAC installation was excellent but the "sticker shock" for solar stopped me. With a 50K quote I'll see if I have other options.

Timely. Considerate. Organized. Cleaned up every day. Stick by their contract, even at their own loss. Would highly recommend!

West Coast Solar also installed my solar system. These folks are very thorough, and professional. Their work product is A1. I am going to rehire them to add additional panels and a second air conditioner once by build out is completed.

Really nice experience: proposal produced on the spot, all equipment in stock,crew organized quickly, one day installation,pleasant professional crew, follow up to review work. Office staff courteous. Felt like you are working with people you know and like!

This company wasn't the highest or lowest quote received. I did feel that Mike did an excellent job presenting his quote to me and giving me the confidence that his company knew what they were doing. I wasn't too sure about the other two companies. Mike came fully prepared to give me a high quality quote (with photos, etc.) on the spot. I was impressed. The installers did a very good job and did a few extras for me (like fixing my attic light socket). Jessie was the go-to guy for any electrical questions and appeared to be the hardest worker.. Emir was the lead and took time to explain everything to me. A great group of guys. They cleaned up all their mess, checked the driveway for nails, etc. before they left. Work was done in 2 days. Very pleased and glad that I went with this company.

Mike was very pleasant when he came and did the initial estimate and the follow up conversations by his office before the actual project was performed were good. All I'm going to say about the rest of the job is that is was a nightmare. Also I'm not trying to put the blame on anyone but after we paid them and they left we found we were a $100.00 short. I don't know where it went but I guess in this case honesty is not showing to be the best policy.

Rocky, (the foreman) and his partner Mike we're here bright and early with smiles on their faces and ready to go to work to install new Central Air. And that they did immediately. They were both extremely professional in every way and at the end of the day their work was perfection! I wish everything in life was this easy. It couldn't have turned out any better than it did. I would recommend the service of West Coast appliance to absolutely anyone and everyone without question. What a pleasure this experience was. Thank you very much!!!
