This company responded quickly and had an a/c tech here in record time. Orlando was so knowledgeable and had me back to cool A/C very quickly. He was such a pleasant young man!!!

They did come out on time within the 2 hours of first call. The guy did check the a/c and find the problem. I didnt like the pricing for the a/c fan for the outside unit. He advise that the unit looked old and would recomand tochange the whole outside unit. I had a lennox 2.5 unit and was told i would get the same unit for a price. I agreed to get the whole unit fix. The guy came the best day i was at work and replaces the unit with a cheap off brand 2.0 unit. He also charged by additonal for freon that was not discussed. I told him I know the unit type and the possible addition of cost. I would had not want to go with the company. he advised that he type to call me... which he never did and did the work with additional cost anyway. I am not happy with this company and felt like I was tricked.
