Hired them as they gave the best quote, seemed to know what they were doing by the way they talked and offered good suggestions but they did not show up after 4 weeks of waiting and calling.

We apologize great for the inconvience we may have caused Frank. As a result of this issue we have made the following changes: > All calls, from all phones concerning little squirrels are now forwarded to me. > I am now the sole scheduler of work coming due. > We have hired another team member so that I can concentrate my time and efforts on working with customers, answering calls, tracking down leads and managing our schedule better. **This no excuse but a partial explination; the past four weeks have been completely full of emergency work that we make a priority. This may require us to shuffle some schedule work around.

I used Little Squirrels after the tornadoes that hit North Carolina in April 2011. They were very responsive and got the job done quickly. The price was very reasonalbe, especially given the emergency clean-up conditions we were facing. Would use them again.

This is a top notch arborist who is very well educated in his field. All the other pros told me that my large Leyland Cypresses would have to be cut then stump grinded, and a much greater expense. Jim knew the shallow root system and told me he could pull them right up. And that he did. Add to that his professionalism, willingness to educate the layman, his reasonable rates, and accessibility. It was a joy to do business with him. Highly recommend.

Little Squirrels Tree Service arrived on-time, were friendly and professional, finished the job in a few minutes at significantly less cost than competition. I had them cut down and cut-up a 75+' pine tree that was dying and within striking distance of my house. They performed the task with ease.

Great to work with. Quality work. Had three large sweet gum trees, eight over-grown hedge bushes and two medium sized trees removed. The only thing remaining is some bare ground and saw dust. They took it all out in one day and ground the stumps down the next day. Overall good experience.
