Peter is a busy and there is a reason for it. He and his crew do great work. They take their time to listen and understand the requirement’s take pictures and document there progress with video/pictures. Peter came out and inspected the house and the outside parameter where the water was coming in. He explained in great detail his recommendation's and method to fix it. He took his time so I would understand his proposal and the amount of time it would take. Due to his schedule we happened to find a time that would fit for both us and the team went full board ahead. He excavated 30 feet of facade, cleaned the surface of the below grade foundation, waterproofed, sealed and installed drain mat. Peter replaced two of my gutters with custom copper my downspouts with scuppers made to fit the house (looks beautiful). Inside the basement in the same area the team sanded and polished the inter wall to remove all the buildup of 80+ of brick and concert leaching. Come the first rain we were ok but then we had a very large, multi day storm system come in and the leak appeared again. I called Peter and he came out after the storm and dug up the area in question. He found the area that was not properly prepared. He took the time to explain what was done, what should have been done and how he was going to correct it. There was not a doubt in my mind that he would not resolve the problem.. Since then we have had more rain and its holding up wonderfully.

Peter was very responsive and flexible to the changing requirements of the job. The team got the job done in a reasonable amount of time and did a good job of cleaning up the site afterwards.

I would and will recommend Lime Builders to anyone who would need their services.

He was about a 1/3 of the price of the other 2 companies and did an excellent job and came out a week after I contacted him. I would use him again to do brick work and also recommend him to my friends

Lime Builders honestly blew the other 2 quotes I had out of the water. They came in right in the middle in terms of price, but in terms of quality and expertise, Lime Builders was far and away superior. Lime Builders did a detailed analysis of the project and the requirements and Lime Builders performed the job in a very quality manner. The other two quotes didn't take the slope of the terrain into account and we would have had long term issues had I chosen them to do the job. We are completely satisfied with Lime Builders and would 110% choose them for the next project. Timely, professional, and quality. Competition wasn't even close.
