Project manager was very polite. I would have to wait on the rating for the roof itself. No senior discount was offered or given. Would have helped with my costs. Had several different projects done in a timely manner.

The team did a great job. Dylan was the project manager...gave us a thorough presentation with all details for the replacement of our roof, We appreciated the senior discount He kept us updated with work progress and was available to respond promptly to questions throughout the job via text and in person . They kept tabs on the weather and when rain was predicted, Dylan came out personally to cover the portion of the demolition with plastic, The crew was prompt, efficient and did a great job of cleaning up after each day of work. Overall a great job!

I recently bought a home in the Bay Area and the roof was in poor condition. Lifetime roofing & renovation provided me with an estimate the same day Harry came out which I thought was very efficient. They were not the cheapest, however they were the most professional and willing to work with my hectic schedule. I went with a shingle roof and it turned out beautiful, even my neighbors thought so! Lifetime Roofing did an amazing job and Harry was great. He communicated with me daily and answered all of my questions (I had quite a few as I am a new home owner).
