Excellent explanation of materials, scope of work, and work schedule. Excellent at keeping the site tidy and cleaned up, especially upon completion. Met schedule. The tile capping on the roof was not as tidyly done as the previous provider many years ago. Drone views of the work were very helpful.

We still have some unresolved issues - Iâ  d like to see these fixed before I rate this roofer: Parts of our wrought iron fence that were broken off when a ladder fell on it. A brass lamp in the kitchen fell from the ceiling and was damaged. The gutter on the side of our house partially fell off, must have been detached by the roofers. Now there is a leak from the gutter that hits the side of our house at a window, which will cause more damage if the gutter isnâ  t repaired.

This was a large tile reset job for a Tesla solar system. The company was very fast to get started were very thoughtful and thorough. The work was completed in three days. Unlike 99% if customers, i was on the roof multiple times and witnessed their work. I have a high regard for the crew and would rehire them in a heartbeat. Price was fair. Recommend
