Joey (Yossi) did a fantastic job. We had two other locksmiths come and completely mess up our lock. We called him at 11:15am today, he went to Home Depot for us and bought us a new lock (since our brand new one was broken by the previous locksmith). Joey was at our front door at 12:45, removed AND installed our new lock PROPERLY by 1:00pm. He’s extremely friendly, VERY quick, and has been doing locks for over 20 years. Do not waste your time with other locksmiths who don’t know what they are doing.

I am canceling my Home Advisor membership as the pro sent to my house was elusive about being with Home Advisor. He did not honor the labor quote and changed things when he got to the appointment. His phone number was one of the pros emailed to me by Home Advisor but they could not confirm him as they said he did not claim the request. Although personable, I felt he took advantage of the fact we could not lock our door that night. He promised he would have samples of the equipment to be installed and he would bring them to the house. he only brought his phone to show us pictures. He recommended a specific Lock and told us it was the top of the line and quoted a price of $275 for the part. He then returned with the lock which we found online for $119 at Home Depot, but at this point, I had no choice so my total charge to install a lock and a deadbolt was $500! I feel ripped off as if he took advantage. I thought Home Advisor vetted their pros! Final thoughts â ¦ do not use Home Advisor and cancel your memberships.
