I hired Alex to remove a dead tree in my back yard. He quoted me two prices with the higher price he assured me he would not hit the power line. However, he hit the line causing a power outage of about 8 homes. He still charged the higher price.
Response from Company:
Sorry for the misunderstanding Mrs. Tangelia, my higher price was to try to not hit the line by having a climber climb up the tree to avoid hitting the line. The climber went as high as he felt safe due to the tree being dead as you were aware. The lower price was for just chopping it down from the ground without having to climb it, with the wire removed to not hit it for sure. We did our best to avoid the worst and we succeeded by completing the job with no casualties. Your neighbors weren't so upset about the power going out, they understood and were kind knowing the job was one risky and complicated job. Thanks anyways for your business!!!
