I used Level One for an initial consult on my buckling kitchen floor. Level One quickly arranged to provide me with an oral recommendation of the work needed to address my problem. Level One also recommended vendors to complete the work. One vendor immediately agreed with Level One's recommendations without an independent review of my situation. However, the other vendor did an extensive independent review of my situation and completely disagreed with Level One's recommendations. I am now going to obtain a third opinion.
