Tile work for the most part was good. Did not like how he left the threshold and when I mentioned it to him he proceeded to tell me how I could fix it myself! He installed a recessed box shelf that he initially said would be around 18 inches wide but we ended up with a 11x11 box that is barely able to accommodate 3 bottles. The trim around the box shelf looks amateurish. I was a a friends house for superbowl and he had a similar job done and the trim around the box looks great! He also missed a couple of areas with grout. He did offer to come back but I was pretty much done with him so I asked him to drop off the grout and I would do it myself. A friend did the grout work for me and dressed up some other areas that helped improve the look of the. shower

It was a pleasure having Leonard work on our lanai. He did a full demo of the existing tile and installed new tile. Leonard was extremely professional and his work is outstanding. He took time to explain each step as the project moved forward. He was very punctual and cleaned the job site meticulously each day. I would highly recommend him for any tile/stone work needed. I would definitely hire him again to do other tile work in our home.

Leonard showed up on time and was knowledgeable and polite. It took 5 hours to replace 5 tiles. The job left my home extremely dusty.

Leonard is very knowledgeable, experienced, efficient and prompt. His pricing is extremely fair. We had tiles that had raised up and he removed them, sealed a crack and relayed them without breaking any.
