It was a pleasure having Leonard work on our lanai. He did a full demo of the existing tile and installed new tile. Leonard was extremely professional and his work is outstanding. He took time to explain each step as the project moved forward. He was very punctual and cleaned the job site meticulously each day. I would highly recommend him for any tile/stone work needed. I would definitely hire him again to do other tile work in our home.

Leonard is very knowledgeable, experienced, efficient and prompt. His pricing is extremely fair. We had tiles that had raised up and he removed them, sealed a crack and relayed them without breaking any.

The floor is not level. Tiles stick up all over. The lines are all good and match. Didn't use the twist spacers that level the floor like the guys I hired last time.
