The main level of our house had mostly hardwood except for the family room that had very tired old (14 years) carpeting in it (did I mention it was sage green, yikes). I have wanted to get this project going for years; I finally moved forward with it and called several contractors to get bids and answer a few questions I had. I received bids from the first two contractors when my third appointment, Sam with Leeâ s Floor Service showed up right on time. I was immediately impressed with his knowledge (he started working for his father in high school) and how he went about measuring the total square feet (without a measuring tape) while answering my questions was simply amazing. He ticked all the boxes including putting in flush mount wooden vents through out the whole main level. I was so impressed that I hired him on the spot even before I saw his bid! The wood was delivered about 10 days later, and they started the following week. I work from home so I was able to see the unbelievable progress at the end of each day. The crew that installed the new flooring was meticulous in their attention to details. The sanding crew was careful to keep the dust down to a minimum and my floors went from that old orangey oak color to beautiful and pristine natural oak. It was evident that the crews took pride in doing excellent work. Sam then showed me different stain colors and a few days later I felt like I was in a different house! The floors are stunning, my friends and family were invited to pop in and see them and their consensus was that the floors are simply gorgeous! Afterwards Sam and Dawn went through the proper way to clean and maintain my floors and gave me the spray mop set and enough cleaning solution to last a long time. Talk about follow through!! Leeâ s Floor Service performed excellent craftsmanship while getting my floors done in a very efficient time frame. I would definitely recommend Leeâ s Floor Service to anyone considering this type of project.

Replaced a 20+ year old red oak wood floor with a beautiful wide plank engineered wood floor. Top class work. Loved the flush mount air vents in addition. Great service and excellent work.

I can't say enough good things about Lee's Floor Service! I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Every step along the way went smooth. Dawn was extremely helpful and very responsive every time I had questions. Sam has a great vision and eye for details which was apparent when we got an estimate done, and that was a huge reason why we went with Lee's. He custom mixed our stain, which made our floors turn out exactly how we wanted them, not just close. Joe and Candice were amazing, they did such a spectacular job installing the floors, very friendly, professional, and you can tell they take pride in their work. We had a second layer of tile in one area that they discovered, and when they told us they also came with a solution to fix the gap we'd have at the fireplace due to the thickness of the second layer. I always love when someone comes with a solution when they tell you of an unforseen issue. The sanding and staining crew did a fantastic job finishing the floors into the beautiful final product. There were no surprises on the final invoice. It was a pleasure working with everyone!!! Highly recommend Lee's, well worth every penny!
