Lee's Air, Plumbing, & Heating

Almost 2 years ago, Lee's installed a new heat pump in my house. The techs were great, and the installation experience was smooth. Unforunately, within a month, it broke down. During a hot summer in 2024, I went over a month without A/C while Lee's fixed it temporarily, only to have to break again. And again. Eventually, they pulled the new heat pump out and installed a NEW new heat pump. Again, the actual people coming to my house were great. The communication between the office, the techs, and the customer was shaky, however. It took repeated calls to get someone to come out to do repairs once they'd gotten paid for the system and were now just covering the warranty. It is now April 2026. In March, I came home to find water dripping from my ceiling vents and the heat pump malfunctioning. When I called Lee's, the rep on the phone tried to tell me "that is normal when the A/C is turned back on." Nope. I have been waiting over a month for the right part Lee's says is needed to fix i

NEVER call these guys!!!! Total scam artists!! I had Leeâ s come out because cold air was blowing out when I turned the heat on in my house. The first tech came out and said I needed to $7,000-$9,000 in repairs because there was a safety code registering and they wouldnâ t be able to fix it without rebuilding a portion of the unit but wanted his boss to come out to check it out. His boss came out and said it was better that I just replaced my unit and quoted me $26,000. Then he said my other unit was old and should be replaced too and quoted me $47,000 for both units. Said if I gave him the green light he would have 5 guys at the house the next morning and theyâ d get the job done. I called a different HVAC company to get a second opinion and they came to the house and within 2 mins they identified that it was a wiring issue with the thermostat and fixed the problem for $100. Leeâ s never even took the thermostat off the wall to check the wiring. One of the first questions the tech asked me was if I had a home warranty or not because all they wanted to do was sell me a new unit.
