They communicated really well, were on time, did what they promised to do, and were courteous.

WARNING!!! DO NOT HIRE!! Do not hire! They tried to extort us for more money after agreeing to a price. They called us the next morning after they had removed entire truck of rocks, dirt and debris. Claiming they wanted more money it was harder then they expected and if we did not pay they would dump the debris in our yard. We did not agree to the extortion tactics and by 9 am 3 people showed trying to intimidate us pay or it would be dumped and when I ran down and said I would call police they took off and dropped g literally tons of debris in the middle of the street. Across 4 neighbors and nobody could get out for days I had to use a shovel get a dumpster and clean it up the cops are looking for them to press charges and they replied they don't care should not of called their bluff. Absolutely shocking. Idk how many people they dodged thiss too but if they get hired and start asking tor money call police immediately they are bad people. The police are having trouble finding them because the business is in some random girls name and so is their black pickup, maroon pickup and white truck with a debris dump bed on it so be careful and police are looking for them if they are acting weird call The police Characters remaining:

twice. Daniel of Latino Designers delivered service to me both times . He was excellent! He promptly returned my request-for-service message which he prefers in text form rather than a call. He was exactly on time when he said he would arrive at my property. He was efficient, knowledgeable, courteous, pleasant, and a great value for his work. I was especially impressed that he always went beyond the basic request and made sure that everything was installed with extra safety precautions and cleaned up beautifully after his work. He took his time and he did the work to perfection. He is very kind and pleasant person and very nice to have in your home. He is very respectful of your property and he does his very best which is way above average. I have told him that if anyone specifically wants to talk to me, he is free to give out my phone number to potential customers. I highly, highly recommend him and Latino Designers!

We had a very large back yard cleanup project that we needed done asap. The guys came out and did a fabulous job that was above our expectations. I highly recommend their services as they provided a high-quality service at a reasonable price!!
