They came out did some work and was paid, they told me part of the payment covers them coming back in 6 months to retreat my tree,s they never showed back up and I cant get a hold of them

I?m sorry that he did that to you. I had a business partner and they was going behind my back stealing work and not coming back and finishing the job. I would?ve never found out if that they were stealing if I didn?t see my ratings dropped, but since then I have fired everybody and replaced.

Came out on Monday gave me price . Seemed like a good deal to cut down tree and leave wood in yard in movable pieces. They didn?t show up until 8 pm. They worked until the neighbors started getting upset, around 11 pm. They were supposed to return the next morning to finish but had issues with their vehicle. They did return Wednesday after I called multiple times but didn?t have the proper equipment. They said they would be back the next day but we?re waiting for a part for their chainsaw. Same excuse the following day. They were supposed to be here today (Saturday) first thing in the morning but had yet another personal issue that kept them from getting here until 4. They actually arrived a few minutes before and were here less than an hour. They left the tree in such large sections that no human could move. I paid for the job the first day and now I?m going to pay someone else to finish. This was a terrible experience. Save yourself the trouble of dealing with these people!

I?m sorry he did that to you. I had a business partner and that was stealing jobs. I would?ve never found out that he was stealing jobs if I didn?t see my ravens job.

The staff on the crew were friendly and courteous. They worked throughout the rain, and cleaned up, and removed all debris; I would recommend them to a friend.
