We have been very pleased with the services by Landlock. They have always been professional, courteous, and helpful. When we struggled with getting rid of fleas, they offered a third courtesy treatment which was exceptional treatment. Today, upon request, Daniel, our technician, checked for termites for no extra charge. Their prices are reasonable too. They are a 5 star company!

I have had good experiences with this company. The communication is top-notch. They called and emailed me to make sure I knew they were coming, when the service was complete, and to follow up with the invoice. More businesses could learn from their communication model. As far as service, the technicians (including our last one, Matt P.) have been polite and respectful and thorough. I haven't had issues which required a call back, so that's a good sign that their treatments are working.
