They call ahead so you know when they are coming. They leave a detailed listing of what was found, what was used in treating it. Options to pay online, in advance or by treatment. Technicians are thorough and professional.

Landlock Pest Control tech (Kent) came out on Labor Day and was pleasant, and competent. His treatment for swarming hornets appears to have resolved issue on first visit.

After a sleepless night with ALL the lights on thanks to not one but two uninvited pests, these guys came the next day as I called when the office first opened -as a matter of fact they came within 1/2 hour of my hanging up the phone! Anyway, Jacob was awesome!! Answered questions and did from what I can tell a thorough job! I signed the quarterly contract without hesitation!! God be willing the only guests I ll have from here on out will be my friends and family!!
