Joshua Rawlins is the technician that is coming to my house to take care of two different types of ant problems I currently am having. I have carpenter ants getting into my living room from a deck door on the back of the house, and also an ant nest in the front of the house in the mulch. Those are getting into my kitchen, so I've been very upset lately about all of it. I must say that Joshua has been absolutely wonderful in dealing with all this! I have literally peppered him with questions about the plans for handling these problems, and he has been patient and cheerful in answering all my questions. He tried very hard to allay all my fears. He reassured me, and explained thoroughly in detail how all of the insecticides and materials used work, how long they last, and what they are. He goes above and beyond the norm in trying to make his customers happy. he is extremely knowledgeable about ant behavior and all the insecticide materials. He really has given me a lot of his time in answering my questions. He hasn't gotten to the main treatment part yet for the ants, but that is only because he had planned to bring another man with him today to help him in this situation. The location of the carpenter ants is difficult because its two stories up in the back to get to the deck, so a ladder is needed along with another person to help. That man was out sick today, but Joshua is coming back to do the job within a week or so. Joshua, I just want to give you a huge great big thank you for caring about your clients and taking such good care of them! I feel like I'm in good hands with you because you know what you're doing. Your customer service is awesome and you are highly professional. I, probably like many other people, do not like and am afraid of these carpenter ants, particularly in my living room and kitchen. I don't like to see them. Joshua has said he would help with doing a vacuum clean up of any dead ant bodies. I can't tell you what a huge relief that is and how much I appreciate this! I have been dreading taking the tape off my deck door at the bottom and seeing what may be there. I believe there may be quite a number of dead ant bodies, and I have problems dealing with seeing that. His reassurances that he will take care of much of that too mean a whole lot to me. After our conversation this morning, I have some peace of mind about the whole ant treatment, what he's going to do, and what I'll have to deal with. Landlock Pest Control told me that Joshua is their Service Director and person who trains all the other technicians for the job, so I am very fortunate to have gotten him as my technician. I'm also sensitive to insecticides, so he is doing his best to address that. Though I realize that for ants that are aggressive and very difficult to eradicate, like carpenter ants, you will have to use stronger insecticides against them. But I see Joshua trying hard to accommodate me at all angles here. I am confident that I have the very best technician at Landlock, with Joshua. Sharon A. in Williamsburg, Va.

They fully explained their service, pricing and the products that they used. They called the day before the service to remind us of the time frame of the visit. Matt, the technician, called not just the 30 minutes prior to the visit, but he was Early. When he arrived, Matt was polite, friendly and introduced himself and the Company and his reason for coming. The spraying was done quickly and neatly. A very nice experience overall

You can NOT go wrong hiring Landlock !! Great and reasonable prices and very affordable and flexible scheduling. They are so professional and courteous and really helpful and provides outstanding customer service. Amy was great! She reached out to me as soon as I requested a callback and I got the opportunity to speak with Josh who was also awesome and had great knowledge and was super helpful. And to put the icing on the cake Franco was a great technician!! I will continue to hire them ALL year. They are my Permanent Go to company. I highly recommend Landlock!!
