Allan showed up on time. Gave s fair estimate. Came back as scheduled. Did a great job and cleaned up. He and his crew were excellent. very prompt and professional.

I requested an estimate from Lacayo and Escobar Roofing for some wood fascia repairs at my home. The estimate came back for three times the amount of work and also three times my expected estimated amount. I explained I only needed the work I initially asked for. They understood and readjusted the estimate to fit my original needs. We agreed on the amount and scheduled a time for the work to be done on Saturday. On Friday afternoon they confirmed they would be at my house Saturday morning at 8am. Fast forward to 9am Saturday morning. I text them that they were late and asking where they were. They responded that they were at another big job and couldn't come to my house and may not be able come if at all. No call back at all, just left me hanging. These guys may do good work but like many other contractors are chasing the bigger money. Be careful, they hiked up the work needed to cash in. They lack any integrity or respect for other peoples time or money. Good luck with these clowns!

Alan, Mauricio and the rest of the team are true professionals, honest, very thorough in their work with attention to details; very fair price; I highly recommend them...did an excellent job on my roof repairs and soffits...hard to find a team like this Miami....

These two gentlemen are true professionals. I enjoyed the experience of how meticulous and careful they work. Unlike other contractors, they are proper and do the job with pride and accuracy. Not too many people like this in Miami. Ask for Allan and Mauricio!
