Rene was easy to work with and responsive when I had questions. We added and changed a few things and Rene was fantastic about working with us to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. We are very happy with the work!

They were very efficient and did the job quickly, The workers were very courteous, and listened to my input. They were wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone.

The temperature that this work was completed in (110+) would slow down a complete yard makeover but not for these professional landscapers. No details were left undone and repairs to the landscape lighting was repaired at no additional cost even though it was an unavoidable insadent that cut the wires. I had four trees replaced, six schrubs added and irigation front and back all complete at the price quoted.

We're very pleased with the work performed. Rene was wonderful to work with, his crew members professional. The work was on time, complete, and on budget. Even our neighbors were complimentary about this company's courtesy and professionalism.

Knowledgeable of the business and building codes for the irrigation system and lighting. The crew worked all day and constantly with little down time. It was a very good experience. I would recommend this company to everyone.

In the beginning Rene was friendly and seemed knowledgeable in his area of expertise. We hired him to do a full yard landscape including front and back yard. Our yards already had landscaping and mature trees and plants. They came in and dug up all the old rock, made trenches for the new irrigation lines. The yards were a mess with open trenches and jobs started and never finished as they jumped from one thing to another. Pavers were laid and left unglued or secure for quite some time. The island we had them construct was to be built around our smoker. When it came time for them to put the smoker in place it took 3 guys to lift it straight up and you couldn t even open the door where you place the pellets. When we confronted Rene about this he said he did build it around it and the only other option was to purchase a new gas grill. Overall his crew was very friendly, but they should ve had more supervision. The independent contractors did amazing work. I think the problems arose because our yard was already established and not a new construction where it was an clear slate. We told Rene to be a extra careful with our plants that already existed, as a lot of them were from our mother who had recently passed away. We told him we would move the plants as required. This is when there seemed to an attitude from Rene and it changed his whole demeanor. He kept referring back to, well we can t move them . Many of our plants died due to being covered in cement and paver dust that was not properly taken cared of each night at the end of their work day. The irrigation system took forever to be installed and up and running. After Rene was completed with the job, we noticed that part of the retaining wall was missing a whole top layer of bricks, due to a plant that was covering that area. Also noticed that the rock on the side yard was not laid to our property line. Short about 8 feet. We contacted Rene about the issues we discovered and he said he was on vacation and would contact us upon return. Over a week later after not hearing from him we sent him a text asking when we could expect to hear back from him and he called us. When we spoke, he once again used the excuse that he couldn t do certain things because he couldn t move plants, etc. when we asked about gluing the top layer of pavers he said it doesn t normally get done unless asked and paid for. We have filed a complaint with the BBB, ID #14454205. We had very high standards with this landscaping project costing over $40k, and expected the same from Rene. Customer service was not at a level that it should have been. If Rene had been supervising his workers this never would have been an issue. We would not recommend this company for the above reasons.
