Todd saved my life!! We bought our door with a contractor scheduled to install it. Well, wouldn’t you know we got ghosted. Found Todd here and boy did he come through. He talked us through everything before he got there about what was needed and even what could be needed. He stopped on his way to over to get the materials and showed up. He was meticulous with everything, even the demolition. He educated us so we know what know what to look for in the future and won’t get taken advantage of. I could go on and on about his work, but I’ll spare you the book. Just know if you work with him on one thing, you’ll be searching for something else to work on with him… he’s just that good. A true God-send!

He is very personable and meticulous in his work to make sure all came out good. He was very conscientious of my goal to keep this project affordable due to being temporarily on disability due to health issues. He is an excellent communicator, I never had to wonder when he would be there. I will use him again in the future when we have more stuff to do and funds to get it done. I highly recommend him. I had relayed similar concerns to others quoting this job and was given one quote 3x as high. That particular contractor proceeded to say other people use cheap materials to keep the cost down, well that struck me as a bit condescending. My issue is we do not have a lot of disposable income and I made that known up front. Lone Star listened to my concerns and goals, obviously they did not.

I feel really lucky that I was able to find Todd and I wish it happened earlier. Todd went above and beyond with this project. I relied on his extensive experience in the industry. He helped to pick door, color and complete the job in timely manner. I really appreciate the fast communication and explaining in details what will be done. Highly recommend Tood, he is a true professional, which takes pride in his work and you won't be disappointed by the result.

Todd is a true craftsman and has exceptional attention to detail. He installed a new front door and a new interior door to garage. Todd takes pride in his work and offers answers to all questions.
